Both are common homework problems and office-going, lunch-collecting problems. At home, you prepare a fresh meal, with a surprisingly loud call, your child’s 10th grade learning difficulty and other distractions just to be interrupted. At work, you meet a group of people queuing up to get a microwave at lunchtime (not to mention touching the microwave handle in the Cove World).

The solution comes in recipes that you can fully enjoy at room temperature. If you grow up hearing your parent shout, “Eat before your food cools down,” the following are just some of the foods you can use to keep them cool. This is because some foods do not need to be poured over hot water to make them more palatable. From breakfast eggs to salads, main course and desserts, here are 5 such dishes to play with. (Pist, they are also perfect for a picnic).

1. Shakespeare

Although this dish is prepared in a frying pan and then baked sausages with tomatoes, garlic and cappuccino and then added eggs, it does not need to be served hot – in fact the recipe recommends cooking everything and serving it in a hot oven.

When you don’t want hot food, a salad always comes to your rescue. Despite the roasted sesame seeds, this salad is great at room temperature – and even colder!

Yes, it may seem strange to have fried chicken on this list, the food usually served on a hot plate. In this version, an American favorite from the south is filled with milk to whiten the meat. The shell tastes good and doesn’t change too much at room temperature – serve with some potato salad or some crispy vegetables. Just skip the graduation and have a good warm-up meal on your hands.

This popular Indonesian fried rice is often served as a dessert, and Nasi Gorenng is served as the world’s most delicious dish with peanut butter, ginger and curry fish. All you have to do is fry the egg on top, but if you choose to eat the fried egg right away, the way it should be eaten, just skip it and keep eating the rest of the food at room temperature – enough protein to make up for the lack of eggs.

This light Indian sweetener is a mixture of figs, jaguars and dried almonds added to a greased aluminum tray, spread evenly and leave at room temperature. Then simply cut it into squares. These include energy, both as a healthy dessert and as a dessert snack, and are great for cooling off.
