If you are cooking a holiday dinner for the fourth of July or any other summer meeting, there is an unwritten rule that you must write.

But what if you don’t have access to any outdoor space? Or if it rains? Or what if the sweat on your side steak is too hot to even think of standing on fire?

Even unwritten laws are broken. If the bakeries are not on the cards, I offer one option: golden, basil-garnished chicken and zucchini dishes, just like a summer dinner.

Before basil flowers and zucchini are large enough to withstand bear attacks – this is a combination of zucchini and basil.

The best zucchini to use here is still small and thin, with crisp, brown seeds and thin skins collected in the oven.

To help with this brown color, you can turn zogicini or make them fall asleep. Let the chicken skin change to mahogany and fry everything without interruption. The caramel in which the zucchini does everything during cooking – but especially when it comes in contact with the dough.

Although fresh basil is a staple, some dried citrus or oregano also contaminate the chicken. For emotional reasons, I first tried using dried basil. But it does not taste like dried mint or oregano, which makes the mixture sweeter and adds more depth. Because this food is cooked on one sheet, it is enough to eat two to three. But feel free to double-check the recipe by splitting everything between two pots. (Make sure each pan has zucchini and chicken, and the taste will be mixed.) You may need to add a few minutes while boiling. Go to the bunning stage instead of the timer. Everything should burn well.

Then, offer this to cook homemade juices, such as bread crumbs, rice, and couscous. Breaking that summer cooking rule is another benefit: all those precious juices are there for your bread instead of dripping in the fire.
